Testimonials are a great way for customers to learn about your products, services and capabilities. Coming from a third party they certainly add more credibility to your business. Build a word document as you receive testimonials, put the testimonial itself in quotes and add the name, title and business name of the person giving the testimonial. When you are pitching to a new customer this is a credible document to support the rest of the information you provide them. If you are emailing this, remember to convert it to a PDF. Never use a testimonial if you cannot display full details, it always looks fabricated. Publish testimonials from a variety of clients that covers all the ranges of work you do.

Don't think you need to use a testimonial whole. If a client's testimonial is 3 paragraphs long, it is quite okay to lift some words from one sentence and use it to validate one part of your business. For example one client might have written 4 paragraphs that covered various areas of your business. Selected sentences might work for "service" "products" "problem solving" etc. Use them as you need them to showcase areas of your business or product offerings.

Testimonials are my favorite low-cost and high-impact Client Attraction tools. Getting testimonials from clients is a crucial element of your marketing plan and become a powerful tool for acquiring new clients. Best of all, testimonials do the 'selling' for you, even when you're not around.

The reason testimonials are so important is that the testimonial itself becomes a third-party endorsement, an enthusiastic referral from someone who doesn't benefit directly from that prospect working with you. Potential clients trust that! Testimonials can also be used as references by potential clients if you set it up that way (I'll discuss that in a minute).

All of my client testimonials are set up in one easy-to-read document and each testimonial has the person's name, their website, phone and email address (of course, I have gotten permission for this from each client). I let potential clients know they are welcome to call or email any of my former clients listed to ask about working with me.

Use Genuine Testimonials only there is something strange about truth. The moment you fake it, people can make out. Therefore, to have true credibility, a testimonial must be genuine and verifiable. When you put genuine testimonials from various product users, you add a group voice to your web page which keeps saying, "This is a good product. We have been benefited. You would be too". When you ask for testimonials, do ask for permission to use them on your website along with name, residential address and email. When you use these parameters it makes your prospect believe in genuineness of the testimonial. Your prospects may never bother to check but they know that you would not put those there if they were not genuine. Never make up or polish a testimonial. It would show and would corrode your credibility.

Use Target market Oriented Testimonials The testimonial must speak to your target market. It must address the benefit that your potential buyers would be interested in.

Remember! Testimonials are very good tools to remind and convince your prospects what is in for them. It should make them pause and think, "That's exactly what I want!"Put Real Life Success Stories When you put real life success stories in your testimonial, it connects to the one who is struggling to succeed and would like to be helped. Deliver something that hits them, "If I can get the same result, it is a price worth investing!"Success stories have an air of believably, because the testimonial connects to reader's situation easily.

Cover Maximum Strong Point of Your Business Repeated praise of the product is good but may sound similar and become monotonous soon. If you can, you should address different fields of your business which are your strong points. For example speed of your delivery, customer care, after support etc. This would increase your overall value in your prospect's mind and make him think that he is buying from right folks. Spread Them Do not limits your testimonial to a dedicated page.

You must include testimonials into your sales letter and also spread them all over the site. You can use some script to that effect. For example a new testimonial over sidebar or header every time a page loads is quite effective in pulling the visitor attention .You can use testimonials at strategic points, to emphasize and support your claims. You must use real testimonials. Do not fake. You should blend your testimonials well into your website. It must not look like overkill. Your readers otherwise might get distracted and miss the conversion. Use them smartly without being carried away.

This means that whenever there is paper destruction that there should also be recycling that follows the process.
