The Lions tour of Australia is a great thing, but the flow-on impact reaches wide. One of the obvious outcomes is the special rounds introduced to the Super Rugby draw for 2013. This spills into our Fantasy game, creating 'abnormal market conditions' that will cause pricing of the rugby players to fluctuate in an extreme manner. In very simple terms, with only 4 Australian teams playing in Round 1, we would see crazy outcomes that adversely affect the entire remainder of the series. As a result we've decided to put a price freeze on Players until Round 2 Locks, at which time the normal daily market forces will come into play. We tried hard to figure a different way through this, but believe this option will give the best outcome. Bring on round 2 when ALL teams are on board!
