There were some good international sides playing over the weekend, which team looked the most impressive?
Ben Smith was my pick as the best player of the All Blacks vs France test match series
The June International Test Rugby window has now closed with the All Blacks recording a whitewash over France with an unconvincing but effective enough 24-9 win in New Plymouth.
The Springboks won the Quadrangular tournament they hosted with a comfortable win over Samoa in a virtual final. The Samoans had been brave in beating the Italy and Scotland, but had no answer to the Springboks. Almost all SuperBru punters picked this result too, although the 33 points margin was bigger than most people anticipated.
Over 80 percent of tipsters picked Scotland to beat Italy in the other match of the round. The one point margin was easily the closest of the round.
In the Super Rugby Tips SuperBru conference, yours truly made a late charge for the title as Round 3 Golden Cap winner. Brit47 ended on top of the conference leaderboard, while MattyD claims the "flag in a bag" as the top New Zealand placed finisher. Congratulations Matty!
