I agree with most of these selections. You could justify the inclusion of Ma'a Nonu or Jamie Roberts at Number 12, while Jaque Fourie, Brian O'Driscoll, Sonny Bill Williams and Adam Ashley-Cooper are unlucky.
At halfback I think Francois Hougaard and Will Genia are also options.
Number Eight Sergio Parisse and Toby Faletau are unlucky.
Openside flanker is the biggest selection headache with Heinrich Brussouw, David Pocock, Richie McCaw and Sam Warburton other options.
It is hard to find world class locks with a lot of their work confined to the tight. Scotland's Richie Gray, New Zealand's Sam Whitelock, Australian captain James Horwill and Luke Charteris are other options.
Props like Martin Castrogiovani, Andy Sheridan, The Beast, Gurthro Steenkamp even Sona Taumalolo and Gethin Jenkins are options.
I like Du Plessis, but some could argue that Keven Mealamu or Stephen Moore actually start, while Shota Horie, Rory Best, Tincu from Romania and even elder statesmen like Steve Thompson, William Servat and Mario Ledesma.
