One of the things I have come to appreciate about Test Rugby's various fantasy comps is that I can do this ..... " my pubic hair is getting long, might be time to get the scissors out" or this " I am very excited about heading up on my roadtrip to Nelson to watch the Wallabies play this weekend" or this "yes it has been much harder to pick teams that will play and score good points".
And what I appreciate about this is, that I can write it, it goes up on the site, someone reads it and others are free to discuss it. I don't get that on other fantasy rugby sites.... shit, I don't even get that in the real world. It is democratic, it allows me to exercise another dimension to the sport I love. Go the mighty Wallabies and keep up the good work "the Deep" and your fellow colleagues. Ain't nothing perfect in this world. I think of you guys as being similar to the XU1 Holden Torana I had when I was younger. It looked good, was easy to work on, exciting and made me want to be in it. The fact that the centre of the steering wheel was 2 inches off from the centre of my body when I sat down was something I learnt to deal with over time.

What gets me is the lack of information on the transfers available.

I've got 15 left, but is that for the groups stages only ? or is that for the rest of the whole comp ??? I can't find anything to tell me on the site ?

If I remember correctly, at the last WC the system was that you got X amount of trades for all of the games in pool play then X amount for the playoff period. The round lockoffs were after the pools, then QF, SF, then the 3rd/4th playoff and final. So only 4 round lock-offs. That worked well because teams had generally announced their teams usually 1 or 2 days before the games and you could trade at will rather than having to guess games a week after a lockoff. That also meant all the games stats were accounted for and there weren't any greyed out teams or byes. Why the switch?

All good points here. Swede Eaters is an old pro, you've got to go with announced teams if you can. I've done a lot of guessing and most of it has not been on the mark. At least my mistakes with someone like Victor Vito haven't been too bad, he's come off the bench, thank goodness.

I like what you are saying about teams being early in the round having their scores counted.. a good call

Agree with Swede eaters...would really help if there were daily points updates.
