What types of insurance are available?

STANDARD INSURANCE
You can pre-insure your team using Standard Insurance so that during the lock of a round, if you don't have a complete team we automatically attempt to buy players to fill the empty position(s) for you. This insurance must be bought BEFORE the round lock but remains through a series until it is used. It is a very affordable option so that you can be sure you will have a valid team and will score points.
LIFESAVER INSURANCE
There is also Lifesaver Insurance which can be bought AFTER the lock of a round to retrospectively make an invalid team valid again. This is much more expensive but is a great option to avoid suffering a missed round.
Lifesaver Insurance:
- Is only offered/available in the case that you can use it.
- It must be used BEFORE any new trading is done.
- It must be used during the immediate following round.
WHY HAVE INSURANCE
We all have those 'doh!' moments, whether called into a late meeting, harrassed by the missus, away on holiday in the middle of a desert etc, and that is what insurance is for. The game is most fun with our mates involved, so this is a way to keep in the hunt.
